AI Art by Scott Wetterschneider

Art created by "artificial intelligence" is getting ever more sophisticated.  Programs like MidJourney allow artists to enter a description of what they want, and the software combines various images into something that resembles what you asked for.  Fortunately for the haunt world, much of what it produces ranges from uncanny to bizarre.  

Artist Scott Wetterschneider seems to be using the AIs  Midjourney and Disco Diffusion to bring his ideas to life.  If life it is!

The idea that you can tell a computer to generate an image in plain English and it will produce something is pretty incredible.  Who knows what new directions of inspiration may arise out of a truly alien intelligence interpreting words into images?
