Still More Desert Driftwood

 I believe the "Palo Verde" tree is unique to the Sonoran Desert.  Palo means wood, and verde means green.  Green wood tree.  And it is, too.  In live, even the bark/skin of this tree is verdant.

In death, it turns gray-brown like so much else in the desert sun.  The spindly branches look like long witch's fingers.

      


More cool textures.  One day I may just bring some silicone up here and get some molds of these things.
