I made a silicone caulk mold of an oversized skull prop.  About twice the size of a regular skull, as shown in the pic above.  None of them were "perfect", but since they all are meant to be corrupted anyway, does it really matter?

One step at a time, they will be bent to my will and turned into my Denizens of the Dark!
