Collection of the Accursed - Masks

 How about a wall of cursed masks?  It COULD include something you bought at Wal-Mart on clearance, but maybe that's not the best route.  Cursed masks should be exotic, in my opinion.

That said, if you happen upon a Ben Cooper mask you can put a story to, more power to you!

A cursed mask may take over the wearer, or give them visions from the past.  They may inherit the emotions of previous owners, or their values.  Maybe Ed Gein?

More primitive masks are cool because they can be relatively simple to make from paper mache and natural materials.  Paper mache techniques can be applied over commercial masks using paper, cloth, burlap, whatever!

In this age of mass produced plastic, it can be unsettling just to see such things!

It comes down to the story behind each.  Where does it come from?  What is it made of?  What does it DO?

Many fin masks creepy to begin with.  A little grunge and backstory, and it will be easy for them to believe a mask curses the wearer!
